How does it work?

Training is based on three days a week (though you don't have to do all three) and sessions should be less than 70 minutes. As with all our programmes sessions are designed to fit around your existing sport specific training be that running, cycling, swimming racquet sports or cliff diving.

We'll start with some slightly simpler movements so if you have any doubts about your form/ technique send us a video and our coaches will be happy to review and get you moving even better.
