How does it work?

Foundational movements: Focus on compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, lunges, and presses that target multiple muscle groups simultaneously.

Progressive overload: Gradually increase the weight, reps, or sets to continuously challenge your muscles and promote growth.

Variety of movements to ensure you are a rounded athlete

Cycling Formula uses a combination of foundational movements, such as squats, lunges, and deadlifts, to develop strength and power. These movements are essential for injury prevention, as they help to strengthen the muscles and connective tissues that support the joints. Alongside the legs, Cycling Formula includes upper body training movements such as bench press, shoulder press, and pull-ups to develop full body strength and improve overall athletic performance, health and aesthetics.

Research has shown that strength training can significantly improve cycling performance and reduce the risk of injury. Studies have demonstrated that strength training can; increase power output, improve cycling economy & reduce the risk of injury.
